CMDR. Abraham Thompson, Usn retired
CDR Abe Thompson, US Navy, Retired, (M.A., M.S.) served in cyberwarfare, information
warfare and Cryptologic roles for intelligence agencies, Special Warfare teams and
conventional combat groups for 20 years from 1989-2013. He taught Bible, English,
Drama and History at Tri-City Christian School and served as Executive Pastor (COO),
Worship Pastor and Elder (Vice Chair) at Faith Community Church in Carlsbad, CA. He
was also the founding Campus Director of SecureSet Cybersecurity Academy in
Colorado Springs.
Currently, he is completing a Doctorate in Theology and Apologetics, CDR Thompson
also teaches at his Alma Mater, Colorado Springs Christian School as a Principal
and is CEO of A@T Consulting, Inc. CDR Thompson was regularly televised, nationally,
as a National Anthem and “Seventh Inning Stretch” soloist for the San Diego Padres.
He has been in over 30 theater productions, sung in countless ceremonies & concerts, lectured (Leadership, Apologetics, Theology, Philosophy, Communications, CYBER Warfare & Military Operations) at conferences and youth rallies, preached in churches and taught in classrooms from Japan, England, Holland, Germany, Tennessee, Maryland, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Wyoming, Washington, D. C. and California. He is the husband of Julie and the daddy of two. CDR Thompson has served on the board of Live My Potential since its founding in 2020

Mr Steve Dunn
Steve grew up in West Hartford, Connecticut, and went to Bryant University in Rhode Island,
receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. In 1988 Steve married his wife Carolyn
and located to San Diego, CA. They have two sons, Nathanael and Josh: one lives in Northern
California, the other locally in San Diego.
Steve spent his entire 36 year business career at IBM in various sales and marketing roles. His
IBM career started in Universal City, CA as a new business sales representative in the Office
Products Division, selling typewriters and copiers. He moved to the Woodland Hills office to
sell mid-range computer systems in the San Fernando Valley.
While working at IBM in San Diego, Steve was a Client Relationship Manager for the
manufacturing and pharmaceutical/biotech industries. He managed strategic accounts such as
QUALCOMM, Callaway Golf, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Invitrogen (now Fischer Scientific), and
Sanyo. His responsibilities included business development, account strategy and hardware/
software and services sales. His final 10 years were spent in a Western area role supporting IBM
Business Partners in their efforts to sell IBM support services.

Since retiring in 2017, Steve has dedicated himself to public service and church ministry. He is a co-leader of the Faith Community Church Career Transitions Group and is also part of the Faith Community Church Men’s Ministry leadership team. He and his wife also mentor couples in the church on personal finance from a biblical perspective. In 2020, Steve joined the Board of Directors of Live My Potential.
